One platform that follows a rental from the first listing to a signed contract.
The rental journey
Property Owner publishes a property
A property owner completes their profile, adds a property with floors and units, photos, rent, deposit and conditions, and submits it for approval.
Approval and publication
Our administrators review the listing. Approved listings can be published automatically or manually, depending on platform settings.
Tenant searches and enquires
Tenants search published listings, send an enquiry and read the property owner reply inside the app.
Contract in the app
The property owner builds a contract from a template and sends it. The tenant is told by email to sign in, reviews it in the browser and signs electronically.
Optional verification
When the administrator has enabled background verification, a request is sent to a chosen company or posted as an open offer, with the tenant consent.
Who does what
Administrators
Approve accounts and listings, manage website enquiries, templates and picklists, and control security and verification settings.
Property Owners and their staff
Manage properties, listings, enquiries and contracts. A person may be both a property owner and a tenant, but can never be the tenant of their own property owner account.
Tenants
Search, enquire, sign and, when requested, give or refuse consent for verification.
Verification companies
See only the requests assigned to them, plus open offers without tenant identity until accepted.
