Terms of Service
The rules for using RENT MIVIO.
Last updated: October 2026.
1. The service
RENT MIVIO provides software for publishing rental listings, handling enquiries, preparing and signing rental contracts and, where enabled, background verification. RENT MIVIO is a technology platform: it is not a party to rental agreements and does not provide legal, financial or tenant-screening advice.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information, keep your password confidential and be allowed to enter contracts. Some accounts require administrator approval. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put others at risk.
3. Roles
- Property Owners are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, their right to let the property and compliance with local rental law.
- Tenants must provide truthful information and use enquiries for genuine purposes.
- Verification companies must be properly authorised to perform checks, work only with tenant consent and handle findings lawfully.
4. Listings and moderation
Listings may be reviewed, rejected, unpublished or archived by administrators. Publication on the website is not an endorsement.
5. Electronic contracts and signatures
The platform records signature evidence. Electronic signatures may not be enforceable in every jurisdiction, and the contract templates and legal notice are configurable. You are responsible for checking whether a signed contract meets the legal requirements that apply to you.
6. Background verification
Verification is optional and controlled by the administrator. It is performed by independent companies with the tenant's consent. RENT MIVIO does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any result.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, upload malicious files, scrape personal data or send spam.
8. Content
You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant us the rights needed to host and display it for the service.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Liability limits and governing law are to be set by the operator with legal advice.
10. Privacy
See the Privacy Policy.
11. Contact
Use the contact form.
